The UCS 6th Form
The UCS 6th form is focused on our specialism of Engineering and Health Sciences, allowing us to offer a smaller and more dedicated range of qualifications delivered in purpose-built facilities within college and our partner organisations, with further redevelopment taking place over the next academic year.
Our combination of A Level subjects and Technical courses prepare our students for further education, work and apprenticeships in these areas, with some of our students attending the top universities in the country following their courses with us.

The UCS 6th Form Study Programme
At UCS 6th Form students are required to undertake a full study programme to combine their academic or vocational qualifications with additional opportunities to both challenge the student and prepare for the next steps in their careers, whether that is higher education, an apprenticeship or training, or into employment. This study programme will include:
-
Level 3 qualifications - following our Technical or A Level Pathways
-
Personal development sessions – covering relationships, health, safe behaviours, careers and further education, personal finance
