Cross-Country Championships

A squad of 42 runners from all year groups competed for the first time in the annual Bolton School's cross-country championships.

We are delighted that Hussein in Year 7 finished in a top 20 position and will go on to represent the Bolton cross country team at the Greater Manchester championships in the new year.

Arafat and Sajid made excellent debut runs. Both Year 8 students who ran in the Year8&9 combined boys event finished in the top 40, an outstanding achievement.

Well done to everyone who represented the school proudly on a challenging course.
